John Asawacharoenkun

John serves as our Worship Director here at True Life Church Tulsa. His journey in leading worship began at the young age of 15. By profession, he's a skilled network engineer, but his true passion lies in leading worship. For John, the hard work and sacrifices of this role are completely worth it when he witnesses people in the congregation expressing themselves in worship, laying down their burdens, and worshiping freely.

John previously led worship at True Life Church Hickory until his move to Tulsa in 2021. After a period at City Church, he felt a calling to join True Life Church Tulsa in 2022. Beyond worship, John is an avid football fan and has a special place in his heart for early 2010s Hillsong United music. He is a big fan of pho, steak, and Korean BBQ.

John is married to his beautiful wife, Connie. Together they have one child. They enjoy finding new places to eat and walking around Target for fun.
